Requirements & Procedures

-	In order to have your application processed, you must pay a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 (No personal checks)
-	To qualify, your weekly gross income must be equal or greater than the monthly rent.
-	You must be employed for at least one year, or have apast employment record of one year or more.
-	Have proof of current landlord / mortgage holder.
-	You must have two forms of identification. (one must be a picture I.D.)
	You must submit two recent pay stubs. Last year's W2 TAX Form
-	A $25.00 Key Deposit is also required when application is approved.
